To comply with contract specifications and service delivery conditions .
To demonstrate a positive and professional approach at all times to our tenants, ensuring
wherever possible the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction.
To ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety
training and certifications.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
