Main Functions:-
Responsible for maintain cleanliness and premises by performing various cleaning duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Clean and disinfect offices, sinks, counter tops, mirrors, floors and other common areas etc.
• Polish metal works such as fixtures and fittings.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floor using brooms, mops and vacuum cleaners. Other floor work may be required such as scrubbing or polishing the floors.
• Clean and maintain hygiene standard of all cleaning equipment and materials.
• Ensure the correct use of cleaning checklists as per the standard operating procedure.
• Ensure cleaning activities are performed as per the cleaning programme and schedules.
• Ensure and follow proper safety policies and procedures when using chemical, cleaning machines etc.
• Use caution board for wet floor.
• Ensure correct concentrations of cleaning chemicals are used for cleaning different areas.
• Ensure that cleaning chemicals are stored in the designated area and the cleaning chemical containers used are properly labeled.
• Provides excellent level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Report about issues that needs maintenance and any damages to cleaning tools and equipment.
